Brendan once called Long Island home, before relocating to Florida with his family in high school. An avid computer programmer and linguistics student, Brendan completed his Bachelor of Accountacy at the University of South Florida & is currently working on his masters at Scranton University. He spends much of his free time running or flying drones; he's also spent time camping in the Panhandle and exploring the state on horseback!

After spending the first 18 years of her life in Anchorage, Alaska, Kim headed south. She spent stints in both Orlando and Nashville before settling in Tampa, where she's been for the past 12 years. Kim loves both yoga and running, and has recently been working on developing her green thumb. She and partner spend as much time as possible at the beach. Kim is also taking motorcycle lessons & working on her scuba certification.

Maintenance Supervisor
Leticia is our maintenance supervisor and takes care of making all of our homes rent-ready. She also coordinates repairs for properties currently on the market. A native of the Sunshine State, Leticia happily moved back to Florida in 2010 and she's been a valued member of our team since 2012. When she's not busy on the job, you can find her tackling interior design projects or embarking on a long roadtrip with her loved ones.

Collection Agent
Iris has been handling our tenant accounts since joining the Stress Free Property Management team in 2010. While not originally from Florida, Iris is now proud to call this beautiful state home. When she's not working to keep our books in order, Iris tries to maximize the time she spends with her husband and family. She's also an avid videographer and loves to get creative with her Cricut Maker.
